Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DanceDaily, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Use License
DanceDaily grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business dance studio purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or resell the service. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
3. Studio Accounts
Studio owners are responsible for their studio account, the instructors and students they invite, and any content uploaded under their studio. Studios are billed monthly based on their selected plan and the number of enrolled students and instructors. Studio owners are responsible for ensuring their Stripe Connect account is properly configured before accepting student payments.
4. Student and Instructor Accounts
Students and instructors join studios via invite codes. You are responsible for the content you upload, including practice videos. By uploading content, you grant DanceDaily and your studio a license to display that content within the platform. DanceDaily does not claim ownership of your uploaded videos.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Studio subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available for new studios. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Unpaid accounts may have their access suspended. Refunds are at DanceDaily's sole discretion. Class package purchases by students are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
6. Content Standards
You may not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. DanceDaily reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts that violate these standards without notice.
7. AI Features
DanceDaily uses Anthropic's Claude AI to generate practice tips, challenge ideas, and lesson plans. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate. DanceDaily is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. AI feature usage is subject to daily limits.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@dancedaily.app. DanceDaily may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms without prior notice. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanceDaily is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
